I am passionate about supporting employees to thrive at work by working with organisations to create a strong, healthy, high-performing culture. I love getting to the heart of issues, going deep to understand the current workplace culture and taking a human and restorative approach to dealing with workplace issues. No matter what I do, I take a people-centric approach, focusing on creating the best experience for people, even in difficult circumstances.
I started my career as an employment lawyer in the public service, where I had the privilege of serving as the National Employment Relations Manager for NZ Police and being part of their Senior Leadership Team. I joined Humankind in 2018 and have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in both the public and private sectors.
Throughout my career, I have been a trusted advisor to Executives and Boards, leveraging my deep understanding of organisational dynamics to drive positive change. My passion for people and culture is at the heart of my approach, ensuring that every strategy and solution is tailored to meet the unique needs of each organisation.
On a personal note, I am a proud parent of two teenage boys and two cheeky labradoodles. I split my time between Wellington and Napier, NZ, embracing the best of both cities.
